Inside Sales Associate

Saggezza is a global software services consulting firm, specializing in software enabled technology solutions to tackle complex business issues and improve business performance.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be leading the charge to generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth.  We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business insight, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organization. This is a full-time, base salary plus uncapped commission role

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sales activities and qualified opportunities
  • Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made in CRM system

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Business to Business Sales experience.
  • Experience in Cold Calling, Business Development, and appointment setting in the technology sector.  
  • Ability to communicate the value of Saggezza’s offerings and capabilities to our prospects
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with sales track record
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in related field
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
  • Experience using a CRM
