Director of Client Services for Salt Lake City, Utah

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the relationship management of one of our clients in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will focus on day-to-day activities and ensure that Saggezza is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective management of Saggezza resources. You will also be responsible for all aspects of business consulting with that client, from fostering the client relationship to advocating client business needs.


  • Oversee the business processes that support the Saggezza services used by our clients. (Support includes directing development efforts, client program management, client communication, and client engagement.)
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement to meet and exceed goals such as client satisfaction, retention and service guarantees.
  • Promote and enable adoption of Saggezza’s suite of offerings by clients in the region
  • Provide general oversight and management for client relationship.


  • At least 8-10 years’ progressive experience in a client services or client support role within the Information Technology consulting industry, with 5+ years’ supervisory/management experience.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
